Senior Nutrition Program
A balanced nutritional meal is essential for our seniors to maintain their health and wellbeing. Funded by the County of Santa Clara for 90% of the cost, our *Senior Nutrition Program (SNP) lunches are prepared by Santa Clara County's dietitian approved recommendations and standards and fulfilled a vital daily need for our seniors.
